This lamp is fantastic
For a little over a month now I sit in front of the lamp twice a day, first thing in the morning and again in the evening for 5 minutes. I have made a routine of it and oh how nice it is
Not only my energy but also my sports performance is improving.
My skin looks good
And last but not least on the gloomy days that we often have here this gives just that little bit extra
