Return Policy – Loptimize
Cooling-off period and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs
You will receive a full refund of your order amount, including the shipping costs of the original delivery. The return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can either:

return the product yourself using a carrier of your choice, or

receive a return label from Loptimize for €6.95 (this amount will be deducted from your refund).
Please note: for the large stand (bed stand), we cannot provide a return label. This item must always be returned at your own initiative, as the package is too large for our return service. In this case, the customer is responsible for proper packaging and safe shipping.
Returns only with prior approval
Returns are only accepted with prior approval from Loptimize.
Without prior contact, a return might be sent to the wrong address, which can cause delays or even loss of the package. Always contact us first at info@loptimize.nl.
Return conditions
Please return the product if possible:

in its original condition and packaging,
-
including all supplied accessories.
If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more wear than necessary to evaluate the product, a reduction in value may apply. This amount will then be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount – possibly reduced by €6.95 for the return label – will be refunded to the account used for payment. This will be processed within a few business days.

Would you like to exchange your product? That’s possible. Please contact us first and follow the same procedure as for a return.
Incorrect address provided?
If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update your order in time.
