Cooling-off period and returns

Sometimes, you may want to return an order. Maybe the product isn’t quite what you expected, or there may be another reason you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it, without providing a reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs will be at your own expense. For the exact rates, you can check your carrier’s website, or you can receive a return label from Loptimize. The cost of this label is €6.75 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Loptimize with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@loptimize.nl

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. So, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returning it.

Exchanging a product?

If you would like to exchange your product, the same procedure applies as when returning the product.
