Return Policy – Loptimize
Cooling-off period and returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receiving it without giving any reason. After cancelling your order, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
Once we have received the product, you will receive a full refund of the order amount including the shipping costs of the original delivery. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
Registering a return
Returns are only possible after prior notification to Loptimize. Please contact us at info@loptimize.nl to request a return. After approval you will receive the return instructions.
After approval we will send you a return label that must be placed on the box. This label is used to identify the return shipment and contains the return address. The return shipment is not prepaid. The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
Return shipments must always be sent directly to the return address provided by Loptimize. It is not possible to send a return to a carrier’s parcel point or pickup location.
Please note: for the large stand (Horizon stand) we cannot provide a return label. This item must always be returned by the customer at their own initiative because the package is too large for our return service. In this case the customer is responsible for a safe and properly packaged shipment.
Conditions for returning products
If possible, please return the product in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories.
If the product is damaged or if the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, a depreciation in value may apply. This depreciation may be deducted from the refund.
Refund
Once we have received the product in good order, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method that was used for the original order. This usually takes place within a few working days.
Exchanging a product
Would you like to exchange a product for another one? Please contact us first via info@loptimize.nl. The same procedure applies as for a return.
Incorrect delivery address
Did you accidentally provide an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@loptimize.nl. We will try to adjust the order before it is shipped.
