Return Policy – Loptimize
Cooling-off period and returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs
You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can either:

arrange the return with a carrier of your choice, or

request a return label from Loptimize for €6.95 (this fee will be deducted from your refund).
Return only after approval
Returns are only accepted after prior approval from Loptimize.
Without agreement, returned items may be sent to the wrong address, causing delays or even loss. Always contact us first via info@loptimize.nl before returning anything.
Return conditions
Please return the product, if reasonably possible:

in its original condition and packaging,

including all accessories.
If the product is damaged or the packaging shows more wear than necessary to assess the product, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
Refund process
Once we have received the returned product in good condition, the purchase amount – possibly minus €6.95 for the return label – will be refunded to the account used for payment. This typically happens within a few working days.
