Withdrawal and Returns

Do you want to use your right of withdrawal? No problem. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without stating a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.

How to submit a return request

To make the process smooth, we recommend sending us the withdrawal message below by email. You’re not required to use this format, but it helps us process your return faster.

Important instructions

Please wait for confirmation before returning your product. Without approval, the return may be sent to the wrong address, causing delays or loss.

Once we’ve received the product in good condition, we’ll refund the amount paid (minus possible label costs) to the original payment method within a few working days.
