Further instructions
Always wait for confirmation before sending the product back. Without prior approval, the return may be sent to the wrong address, which can cause delays or even loss.
Please note: for the large stand (bed stand), we cannot provide a return label. This item must always be returned at your own initiative, as the package is too large for our return service. In this case, the customer is responsible for proper packaging and safe shipment.
Once we have received the product in good condition, the purchase amount – possibly reduced by the cost of the return label – will be refunded to the account used for payment.
